All matches are made manually by our team based on your profile and preferences.
How long does it take to get matched?
It typically takes 2–4 weeks during our quarterly application windows for us to find & notify you of a match.
What will I know about my blind match?
You will not receive any details initially. Matches are based on your profiles. We will coordinate scheduling separately.
Why is the login page full of errors?
We support the latest 2 versions of Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and Safari. Please ensure your browser is up-to-date.
Where is my login verification code?
Please check your email spam!
How much does it cost?
For our Blind Matchmaking service, nothing! After we find you a match, we require a deposit to secure a restaurant reservation.
For our Bespoke Matchmaking service, please contact us via the email below.
Is the deposit refundable?
Yes (or you can chose to donate it) after your meeting. We cover all payment processing fees.
Can I request specific times for my match?
Yes. On your profile, specify your availability. If your match is unavailable, we will coordinate a suitable time separately.
Can I reschedule?
Yes, please notify us at least a week in advance, or else the deposit will be forfeited.
Can I still sign up after the application period has ended?
We will include you in the next quarter in a couple of months.
Who can see my personal information?
All personal information is strictly confidential. Only our team sees your details, and nothing is shared without your consent.
Is there feedback after the date?
A feedback form will be emailed after the date to help improve our service and arrange follow-up matches if desired.
How is my email used?
Your email is used for account communications, deposit requests, booking confirmations, and feedback forms only.
Can I request specific qualities in a match?
Yes! In your application, you can specify important preferences including faith practices, values, lifestyle preferences, and more. For bespoke matchmaking, you’ll have even more input in defining your ideal match.
Is this only for Catholics?
As a CIC, Crossed Keys is specifically designed for practicing and intending-to-practice Catholics who are seeking a faithful spouse and are committed to living out their faith in marriage.
Can I donate without using the matchmaking service?
Yes! We are solely supported by voluntary donations.
